Upcoming class

I'll be teaching the Bradel binding at the NY Center for Book Arts, February 18 + 19. I use this structure, or components of it, frequently in my own work- I like its elegant construction and streamlined aesthetic. More info here:

Artist Talk at the Center for Book Arts 11/2

I'm heading up to New York tomorrow to give this talk with the other Van Lier scholars:

"In 2010 the Center awarded four scholarships to individuals who demonstrate a commitment to the artistic endeavors in the book arts, to further the growth of this artistic profession. Katie Baldwin, Kimberly McClure, Sarah McDermott, and Benjamin Reynaert were given time, space, and support to create a new body of work over the course of a year in our studios. Join us to hear more about the work they created while in residence at the Center."
